We are offering our in-law apartment on the lower level of our house. It is located in a very beautiful place and has a huge balcony with a million-dollar view of the Santa Cruz mountains.

Close by 17 highway, which can take you to Los Gatos in 10 minutes, and Santa Cruz - in 20. Great for Bay Area business travelers. Ideal for Santa Cruz beach vacationers. 15 minutes to gorgeous nearby wineries.

Got everything one needs for a super stay. There is a living space with a dining area, full kitchen and a large bedroom, the entrance is separate. You might hear some noise from our little ones sometimes, running around upstairs, but never after 10 pm. So families with kids are very welcome as we have a lot of toys and stuff for kids.

We allow at least 24 hours between our guests, do ozone fumigation and proper ventilation, deep cleaning and disinfecting, following CDC guidelines to a T.

Summary: Great property in the middle of a redwood forest. Loved the decor and the view. Definitely can hear the little ones running above but well worth the view.
